No Return & Refund Policy

All of our products are personalized and made to order specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can reach us at contact@travelstarnlgifts.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items As all items are custom and personalized, they are non-returnable by nature. This also applies to sale items and gift cards.

European Union – 14-day cooling off period Please note that for orders shipped into the European Union, the 14-day cooling off period does not apply to personalized or custom-made products, in accordance with EU consumer rights legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).
